Anthony started working on the fireplace mantle today. Wow. It's big!! but so beautiful. i think it fits the room perfectly. I can't wait until it's finished with the surround and painted. Also I'm getting increasingly excited to unwrap my curtains, but it's probably best to allow some time for the dust to settle....
...and he's been hard at work at the
cubbie in the mudroom (hallway) outside of the laundry/powder room. I am SO happy with it. The attention to detail is just amazing. The
beadboard is gorgeous.
....and our
masterbath shower continues to come along. Look at the niche has the same subway as the border surround. It looks great.
Again. this photo makes it clear that we're in a state of construction, but you can get a basic feel for how the rooms flow from one to the next (this is taken from the kitchen).
